.NET 10, CQRS with MediatR, DDD, Kubernetes, Amazon S3, Grafana, Loki
Backend services on .NET 10, split into bounded contexts with CQRS so the business rules stay separate from the plumbing around them.
They run on Kubernetes, with S3 for object storage. I built out the Grafana and Loki side, so metrics and logs cover the whole set of services instead of one at a time.

.NET 9, Minimal APIs, EF Core, SQL Server, Azure Blob Storage, SendGrid, Twilio, OpenAI API
A multi-tenant platform on .NET 9. Each tenant's data is isolated at the query level, sign-in is JWT with refresh tokens, and every request goes through one MediatR pipeline that handles validation, authorization, logging and transactions. The API itself is ASP.NET Core Minimal APIs, documented with OpenAPI.
EF Core and SQL Server underneath, with code-first migrations, soft deletes and audit trails. Anything slow goes onto a queue for background workers to pick up. Azure Blob Storage, SendGrid, Twilio and the OpenAI API sit at the edges.

ASP.NET Core, microservices, Keycloak, Payone, Azure Service Bus, Umbraco, Kubernetes
I was the backend for the Aldi Deals platform. Payments, users and messaging each ran as their own service, with Keycloak handling identity, Payone taking card payments, and Azure Service Bus carrying messages between them. Content came out of Umbraco. All of it containerised on Kubernetes, behind Azure WAF.

.NET, platform migration, code review
Led the team that moved a Java codebase onto .NET. The systems already in production had to keep running throughout, so a good part of the job was working the requirements out with the teams that depended on them before anything moved. I ran code review and mentored the junior developers through it.

Microservices, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Shopify, ETSY, ShipStation
Took projects from scoping through to production — technology choices, database schema, service boundaries — and built them as microservices on Azure Functions, Service Bus and Blob Storage.
Most of it was integration work. Shopify, ETSY and ShipStation on the order side; DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx on the shipping side; wired together so orders reached the warehouses in the US without anyone rekeying them.

ASP.NET, supplier integrations, payment gateway
Co-founded an online grocery delivery business and built its backend on ASP.NET. Connecting the suppliers' own systems meant orders could be raised automatically and stock stayed in sync. I also set up the payment gateway, to the card industry's security standards.
